Shipping & Payment

For deliveries in Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee under an order value of 50 Euro.

From an order value of 50 Euro we ship the offered products free of shipping costs within Germany.

The delivery time is about two to three working days. On Sundays and holidays there is no delivery.

If an item is not in stock or not immediately available, the delivery time will be extended accordingly and we will inform you separately.

You can choose to pay by PayPal, direct debit, credit card, purchase on account or prepayment.

These payment methods are handled by PayPal for which you do not need your own PayPal account.

Please arrange it so that you or a person of your confidence
can receive the shipment.

If the delivery person could not deliver the shipment to you or your neighborhood, he will leave a notification bill in your mailbox.

Please report any transport damage immediately to our customer service by phone or by e-mail info@philosspiele.de.

If possible, you should take photos of the damaged goods.

For the return please use the return form which you can download HERE.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If it is a damaged or wrong delivery, the postage costs will of course be refunded after inspection and receipt of the goods. In this case, please give us a short feedback.
